DVD Duplication and Packaging Technician

• Ensure accuracy of work orders processed
• Carefully review each work order for better understanding of what needs to be accomplished for the job
• Load and unload DVDs from duplication equipment as needed
• Check the accuracy (QC) of DVD
• Retrieve and maintain inventory of blank media and accessories
• Put products into packages
• Support the efforts of all other departments as requested

Multimedia Specialist

• Self-motivated individual who is able to work under deadline and manage customer's requests and expectations
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash/Director, HTML, DVD Studio Pro, Final Cut
• Ability and willing to learn and advance in other multimedia applications ad needed
• Work with customer to retrieve project requirements, provide suggestions as needed
• Must love technology and keep up with current trends and methods

Customer Service Specialist

• Support the account managers by assisting clients with order information and customer inquiries
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Interpret our work orders and enter them into internal tracking system
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Account Manager

• Prospect and develop new avenues of business
• Follow up with prospective customers, provide suggestions and answers
• Attend industry functions and events
• Provide consultative sales services to new & existing customers
• Develop and maintain knowledge of DVD authoring, replication and production trends and packages
• Commission-based
• Excellent phone and email skills, friendly attitude
