The preferred method of CD/DVD manufacturing - replication will now be available at 300 minimum quantity with popular packaging such as digipaks and eco-wallets
Los Angeles, CA, January 19, 2010-Hellman Production, a specialized CD DVD replication company, is now offering CD and DVD replication at a minimum of 300 quantity. Replication is the preferred method of manufacturing CD and DVD discs at a large quantity, it is rarely available for quantities below 1,000.
Besides lowering the minimum on CD and DVD replication, Hellman Production is also making popular packages such as cardboard sleeves, eco wallets and premium digipaks available for the first time with a minimum order of 300 pieces. This includes both regular cardstock and the eco-friendly recycled stock (containing 80% post consumer content).

"Hellman Production introduces blu-ray disc replication service"
The next generation blu-ray disc is now available at Hellman Production, with copy protection and packaging options
Los Angeles, CA, September 4th, 2008 -Hellman Production, a full-service CD DVD replication company, is adding blu-ray disc replication to its services. Blu-Ray is latest, most innovative media format to be introduced to market today offering high-density storage capacity and outstanding high definition picture quality.
Ranging from 25GB for a single layer to 50GB for a double layer, Blu-Ray vastly increases the storage capacity of an optical disc media, allowing more custom features and interactive content to be incorporated on a disc. For packaging standard blu-ray cases or other custom options are available.
For all Blu-Ray projects AACS (Advanced Access Content System) copy protection will be required, with a standard setup fee of $1400 per title. An additional royalty fee per disc will also be added, payable to AACS directly.
"At a time where most filmmakers and video professionals are transitioning to HD production, the demand for next generation high-def optical media has never been higher, " said Swire Ho, sales and marketing, "in fact, this is our most anticipated service this year. The DVD tall-case, sized similar to a DVD amaray case, is made of 20% post-consumer, recycled material. With a side pocket it eliminates the use of a plastic tray. Other paper stock available to this packaging is recycled (80% post-consumer waste) and woodfree / fiberboard.
This packaging can be used for both CDs and DVDs, creating a premium package that is easy on the environment and affordable on shipping.

TEAC Discathlon II is a highly demanded disc-printing system that uses high-precision robotic technology and high-resolution dye-sublimation/thermal-fusion printing technology to produce scratch-proof, water-proof CD or DVD discs with no color fading. Designed to work with up to two TEAC P-55 dye-sublimation printers - each of which boast a 400Dpi Print Head for glossy, smudge-free finishes - the AP-55 is capable of handling various applications, from low-volume production to mass production.
The result are the world's highest quality dye-sublimation printed discs that are borderless, printed from edge to edge and to the center of the disc, and UV stable with a protective coating.
